How long does it take to build a website?

This will depend on the scope and complexity of your project. For a standard 5–7 page website it would take up to 3 weeks. Larger projects take longer.

How soon can we get started on a new website project?

At least 2 weeks notice is required before starting on a project. This also gives you time to collect all text content and images that will go on your website. If you have an urgent project, get in touch and I will see if I can help.

What do I need to provide?

You'll need to provide your branding, logo, images, videos, website textual content, social media links, service descriptions, FAQs, and any additional content you would like to make public on your website.

Do you offer ongoing website support?

Ongoing website support may be available if a free support slot is available. Common tasks under a service retainer include making content updates, uploading products to your store, adding new pages and new functionality.

Can we discuss website projects via Zoom?

Yes. Zoom and other alternative apps are used for project discussions and revisions.

How many revisions are included?

The web design process includes 2 revisions. More than 2 revisions are available for large custom projects.

What are my other costs?

You will need to select and purchase a Squarespace subscription plan (an annual fee) when it's time to launch your website, plus a domain name either from Squarespace or another provider. Additional integrations may include additional costs.

Where are you located?

Vivian Jones Design is based in the Brighton–Hove–Worthing area in Sussex, UK, and is available to take Squarespace projects from across the UK and internationally.
